Its currently North EDSA. When MOA was inaugurated, it was the largest beating North EDSA, however, when North EDSA launched its expansion, it exceeded MOA’s gross floor area.
how come majority of the sm malls in the phjilippines is already renovated but our sm in here sm city bicutan did’nt go any treatrment of renovation to be more actractive???
Maybe its not yet in the priority of SM Prime Holdings. They are much busy expanding abroad

sm gensan will be the largest mall in mindanao, it will the largest in the country after sm manila.. set to open 1st quarter in 2011

By September 2012, SM Lanang Premier will be opening in Davao. It will be Mindanao’s largest mall.

you forgot to mention sm fairview and fyi sm fairview is larger than sm san lazaro. it is 6th largest sm in the philippines it follows sm southmall.
