- Its currently North EDSA. When MOA was inaugurated, it was the largest beating North EDSA, however, when North EDSA launched its expansion, it exceeded MOA’s gross floor area.

how come majority of the sm malls in the phjilippines is already renovated but our sm in here sm city bicutan did’nt go any treatrment of renovation to be more actractive???
